Spanning over three decades, my work across Africa and the Middle East has centred on strengthening early childhood education by supporting the people who lead it, shape it and care deeply about getting it right for children.

Let’s talk early years grew from that journey - as a collective community hub connecting innovative voices, holistic learning experiences and future forward ideas that shape the foundation of daily practice across early childhood communities worldwide.

Through Let’s Talk Early Years, I work alongside educators, leaders and specialists throughout the early childhood sector, creating space for thoughtful professional dialogue and shared reflection on what strong practice looks like in real settings.

The platform brings people together from classrooms, leadership teams and specialist services - connecting those influencing early years education and strengthening the professional conversations that continue to move our sector forward.
