Let’s have a Coffee - Leadership Roundtable

Leadership in the early years sector is increasingly complex. In recent times, many nursery leaders have found themselves navigating heightened challenges—balancing strategic decision-making, financial pressures, team wellbeing, and the responsibility of providing clear direction in uncertain situations.

Recognising the need for meaningful professional dialogue, Let’s Talk Early Years is convening an invitation-only leadership roundtable next Friday afternoon.

This is not a training session. Instead, it is a carefully curated space for experienced and emerging leaders—nursery managers, deputy managers, and owners—to step away from daily demands and engage in honest, reflective conversation with peers across the sector.

The session will be facilitated by Mr. Gaurav Saxena, whose approach centres on guided dialogue, critical reflection, and practical insight. This roundtable also offers a valuable opportunity to experience his facilitation style ahead of the upcoming professional leadership certificate programme he will be leading.
